Be Like Blue Memorial Scholarship Established

The Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) Foundation received a donation on February 29, 2024, to establish a new memorial scholarship. The "Be like Blue" Scholarship was established with funds raised to memorialize the life of Bobby Blue Smith. Rayonier Makes Donation to the CPTC Forestry Program

The Rayonier Community Fund awarded the Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) Foundation with a $2,000 donation. This donation will assist with supplies and other programmatic expenses for the CPTC Forestry Program. Donation Received to Create New Terry Thomas Memorial Scholarship

The Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) Foundation received a $20,000 donation from the Terry Thomas Foundation to create the new Terry Thomas Memorial Scholarship. This new scholarship will be used for Glynn County students who are attending Coastal Pines Technical College. USDA Grant Allows for Purchase of New Equipment

Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) was recently awarded $134,215.00 in grant funds by the USDA. Funds from this grant were used to purchase a new Freightliner CA126SLP semi-truck with an automatic transmission for the Commercial Truck Driving (CTD) program at the CPTC Waycross Campus.
