Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Leadership and Excellence in Attendance and Dedication (LEAD) Award at the Technical College System of Georgia’s (TCSG) annual Leadership Conference held in Savannah.
This prestigious award is the highest honor presented at the conference and recognizes the college whose local board and foundation board demonstrate outstanding leadership, engagement, and commitment to excellence. Metrics for the competition include conference participation, board certification, role model foundation status, member tenure, and diversity of business representation.
This marks the first time Coastal Pines Technical College has received the LEAD Award, a milestone that highlights the institution’s growing presence and leadership within the TCSG system.
“This award confirms what we’ve always known, Coastal Pines has the best Local Board of Directors and Foundation Trustees in the state of Georgia,” said CPTC President Lonnie Roberts. “Their dedication, vision, and unwavering support are instrumental in the success of our students, our faculty and staff, and our college mission.”
