Coastal Pines Technical College ASN Graduates Achieve 100% First-Time NCLEX Pass Rate

Coastal Pines Technical College is proud to announce a historic achievement for its Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program. The May 2026 graduating cohort earned a 100% first-time pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN), marking the first time the program has achieved this milestone since its inception.

The NCLEX-RN is the national licensing examination required for graduates to become registered nurses. A first-time pass rate of 100% demonstrates the exceptional preparation, knowledge, and clinical competence of Coastal Pines' nursing graduates as they enter the healthcare workforce.

"Our faculty are committed to providing students with the knowledge, critical thinking skills, and confidence needed to excel in patient care," said Krystal Keith, ASN Program Director. "Watching every graduate successfully pass the NCLEX on their first attempt is incredibly rewarding and speaks volumes about the determination of this cohort."

Registered nurses remain in high demand throughout Georgia and across the nation, with opportunities in hospitals, physician offices, long-term care facilities, community health organizations, and specialty healthcare settings. Coastal Pines continues to play a vital role in meeting the workforce needs of Southeast Georgia by educating compassionate, highly qualified nursing professionals.
