Work Ethics
To further enhance employment skills, students receive instruction in work ethics. OTC's Work Ethics program is designed to promote positive work behavior and to prepare students to be better, more productive workers. The following ten work ethics traits are taught and practiced in each credit course.

Georgia's Technical College System guarantees employers that graduates of state technical colleges shall possess the skills and knowledge as prescribed by state curriculum standards. Should any graduate employed within two years of graduation be deemed lacking in said skills, the student shall be retrained in any technical college at no charge for institutional costs to either the student or the employer.
