MS Word is designed to help you move smoothly through the task of creating professional-looking documents. Its rich features and powerful tools can make your work easy, and even fun. In this course, you'll learn how to use Word to create and edit simple documents; format documents; add tables and lists; add design elements and layout options; and proof documents.

Offered through partnership with the Georgia Small Business Development Center, QuickBooks Online is fast becoming one of Intuit’s primary products as it allows users to access data anytime and anywhere. This new course is designed in support of the new and improved QuickBooks Online. Developed specifically for beginners and prospective users the course provides a practical hands-on approach to learning the features and the functions available to users online. Using case studies in a computer lab environment, participants will be able to access QuickBooks Online, set up a new company file, create product and service items, manage chart of accounts, add customer and vendor profiles, process daily transactions and also view reports. The course will cover the following topics: Accounting Principles Overview, New Company Set Up and Recording Daily Transactions and Reports. Lunch is included!
