Technical and Industrial Technology Programs

The Technical & Industrial Technology Department at Coastal Pines Technical College offers training programs that are designed to prepare individuals for employment and careers in the areas of construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, agriculture, maintenance, repair, design, or engineering. These training programs combine classroom instruction, laboratory practice, and practicum experience to assure that students obtain the most current skills required by their chosen profession.

Entrance Requirements:

16 years of age

18 years of age ( Electrical Lineman, Locomotive Electrical Systems)

18 years of age (Commercial Truck Driving – See program for more details)

A High school diploma or GED is required with the exception of Commercial Truck Driving.

Entrance Dates:

Technical and Industrial Technology Programs accept students each academic term.
